b. Glute Ham Raise: 4-5 sets, 10-15 reps
2. Machine Squat: 4-5 sets, 10-15 reps
3. Hack Squat or Leg Press: 4-5 sets, 10-15 reps
4. Stiff-Legged Deadlifts or Hip Thrusts: 4-5 sets, 10-15 reps
